April 24th MGA meeting: Growing Miracles: the Medicinal Plant Garden
Open to the public, the Hancock County MGA will host a talk by Kathleen Warfel Hull, M.D.
Dr. Hull's topic is “Growing Miracles: the Medicinal Plant Garden.” Dr. Hull was Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the IU School of Medicine for a number of years. After retiring, she became an Advanced Master Gardener in Marion and Morgan counties. She has served as head of the Medicinal Plant Garden at the Indiana Medical History Museum in Indianapolis since 2003. Dr. Hull is a past president of the Marion County Master Gardeners Association and current serves on the board of the IMA Horticultural Society.
